PSA: Rob’s Rule of Casseroles

I have a friend that is very particular about food. Therefore, he has many rules. He has rules about freshness, food combinations and even a rule about casseroles.
According to Rob, there are only 3 kinds of casseroles:
1. Green bean casserole
2. Lasagna
3. Enchiladas
Any other casserole has been declared an abomination and doesn’t deserve to be called casserole.
He was not impressed by the Cucumber Casserole disaster of 2010.
